Established in 1963 and located in Zaragoza, EBROACERO manufactures steel and alloyed castings, up to 14 tons in weight using hand, shell and machine moulding systems
In their 21.543 sqm of modern facilities, they have four furnaces for heat treatments. vertical lathes, hobbing and boring machines. They are also able to offer welding, shot blasting, cutting and de-burring by their own means, allowing them to supply finish-machined castings ready for assembly.
EBROACERO manufactures Carbon steel, low and medium-alloyed steel, Manganese steel and Stainless steel castings for many customer sector such as: offshore, paper and pulp industry, chemical and petrochemical industry, mining, shipbuilding and siderurgy among others.
They supply a great variety of parts (girth gears, chain stoppers, chain connectors, roll chocks, headwalls, pump bodies, bearing for mills, cement crushers etc.) weighing from 100kg to 14tons, being their most competitive weigh range from 500kg.
