In our effort to promote the foundries in our association, the foundry we have chosen to highlight today is GURELAN, S.L.

The familiar company Gurelan was founded in 1934 in Basque Country, at this time its production was aimed to cutlery items. Currently, they are dedicated to the injection casting of Zamak and Magnesium parts in a hot chamber.

The company has large facilities, spread over a covered area of 3,800 m2. They have 14 hot chamber injection machines ranging from 20 to 200 tons. In addition, their technical office allows them to design and develop thousands of molds with different designs and filling technologies. Providing its clients with appropriate and personalized services, satisfying their most demanding needs.

Gurelan has been able to evolve in the industry, betting on advanced manufacturing processes and a firm commitment to quality and sustainability. As part of its commitment to the environment and health, it has decided to stop manufacturing lead, opting for more sustainable. Continuing with this point of view, a few years ago Gurelan incorporated solar energy into its facilities.
Thanks to its long experience in the sector and its capacity of production, Gurelan exports 90% of its production to countries such as France, Denmark, Germany, Türkiye, Slovenia, China, Mexico, Poland and USA. Becoming a trusted partner for large companies in sectors such as automotive, locksmithing, electrical equipment, weapons, cosmetics, electronics, hardware, machine tools and furniture.
