Today we introduce you to our member company FUNDICIONES CARG, S.L.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in Cantabria (Spain) in 1960, FUNDICIONES CARG, S.L<\/strong> manufactures grey iron<\/strong> and nodular iron<\/strong> parts by hand and machine sand moulding system.<\/p>\n

Their 5,275 sqm of modern facilities include Green sand automated moulding lines<\/strong>, with boxes of 900 x 600 x300 \/ 300 mm destined to medium and small series for parts from 1 to 100 kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Semi-automated moulding lines<\/strong>, with boxes of 1000 x 800 x 350\/350 mm, dedicated to small series for parts from 10 to 200 kg.<\/strong> And Manual moulding lines<\/strong> with boxes up to 2000 x 2000 mm, reserved for prototypes and special series of parts up to 2,000 kg<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to supply their different moulding lines, Fundiciones Carg<\/strong> carries out its own production of cores both in series and manually.<\/p>\n

Fundiciones Carg is committed to induction furnaces due to the greater energy efficiency and the high degree of temperature control. They also offer blasting, deburring and finishing by their own means.<\/p>\n

They manufacture a wide variety of grey iron parts such as reducers, pulleys, brake drums, valves, impellers, diffusers, collectors, cylinders and Nodular Iron parts such as brake levers, pump bodies, hubs, valves, oil sumps, axle boxes, cylinders and cranks among others.<\/p>\n
