Today we introduce you our member Alu \u2013GAP Grupo de Aluminios de Precision, S.L.U<\/strong>;<\/p>\n

On their 42,000 sqm site with 12,000 sqm of indoor production facilities, Alu-GAP produces sand casting parts using green sand and no-bake sand processes. Their modern casting facilities established in 2008 with a capacity of approx. 12,500 tons\/ year enable ALU \u2013GAP to supply all over the world (Mexico, Germany, France, Switzerland, USA, Sweden, Portugal, Great Britain, Finland, Netherlands, etc.)<\/p>\n

Alu \u2013GAP manages the whole casting process with their own facilities: casting design, tool making, casting, machining, testing and surface treatment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alu \u2013GAP supplies light alloy castings weighting from 0,2 Kg up to 300 Kg. And their portfolio is continuously increasing with new customers and applications such as: Gearboxes, Manifolds, Machine Frames, Electrical Switchgear (SF6) Housings, Covers, Oil Sumps, building Elements, Engine Housings, Machine Parts, Pressure, X-ray and Leak Tested Components, among others.<\/p>\n
