On 7 February, FUNDIGEX, The Spanish Casting Exporters\u2019 Association, held elections for President. The Executive Committee, consisting of 10 member companies, assigned Mr. Borja Lambea Vaz as the new President of the Association.<\/p>\n
Mr. Lambea is an industrial engineer from the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao and has complementary studies in Lean Manufacturing from Bekaert, Leadership studies from the University of Deusto and International Business Administration in INSEAD. He is currently attending an executive postgraduate programme in Financial Management at Deusto Business School.<\/p>\n
In 1998, Borja Lambea started his career at Sidenor, working in the R&D department. After several positions of responsibility in different departments such as Engineering, Quality, IT and Production, he is presently holding the post as the Sales and Business Development Director. Additionally, he is member of the Steel Industry Council within GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group).<\/p>\n
